We had a lovely stay at the Caravelle Resort! The indoor spa area was a hit with my daughters, and the oceanfront views from our room were simply stunning. The staff was very attentive and made our experience enjoyable. However, we didn’t get to enjoy the dining options during our stay.

My family and I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the renovated towers looked promising and the breakfast buffet featuring Mrs. Judy was fantastic, we faced numerous cleanliness issues in the rooms. The beach access was convenient and we appreciated the variety of amenities, but the overall upkeep fell significantly short of expectations.

I had very high hopes for this resort, but it was a complete letdown. My family and I were excited about our annual trip, yet we were met with dirty facilities and poor service. On the flip side, the night service lady Tina was an absolute gem and provided great assistance during our stay. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for all the other mishaps.
